Ours is soft, milky and made in small batches from fresh A2 milk — nothing added but a little acidity to set it. It holds its shape when you cook with it and crumbles properly when you want it to. Made here in Accra, so it reaches you fresh — not from a chilled import.

Fresh white butter slow-cooked to a golden, nutty clarified butter. The aroma is unmistakably ghee — not the pale imitation in some imported jars. Shelf-stable, ideal for high-heat cooking, and pure: just butter, cooked slowly.
