Payment & commitment

Subscriptions are built to be easy to start, change or pause whenever life shifts.
- No minimum term — pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
- For now, payment is arranged directly on WhatsApp: mobile money or cash on delivery.
- Prices are in Ghanaian cedis (GHS) and match our standard retail prices.
- Two days’ notice is appreciated for changes to the next delivery, though we’ll always try to accommodate.

We currently serve several Accra neighbourhoods — Cantonments, Airport Residential, East Legon, Osu, Labone, Ridge, Dzorwulu and Spintex (zones to confirm). If your area is not listed, message us and we will see what we can do.
How often can I get a delivery?
Daily, weekly, or on the specific weekdays you choose. You set the rhythm that suits your household.
Can I change, pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime — there is no long lock-in. Just message us and we will adjust, pause or stop your deliveries.
How do I pay?
For now you confirm your plan with us on WhatsApp and arrange payment directly — mobile money or cash on delivery. Online payment is coming in a later phase.
When does my first delivery arrive?
You choose a start date from tomorrow onward, and we confirm the schedule with you on WhatsApp.
